Comments:
Pandey's article offers practical instruction and advice concerning saving, citing and publishing mutlimodal projects. I appreciated the insight offered on saving large files. However, in the classroom, accessing computers with enough memory may prove difficult, particularly if students are working individually and only one computer is in the room. In addition, many computer labs do not allow files to be saved on the hard drive and instead, must be saved to the network. As suggested by Pandey, this may cause issues with speed of recovery, editing, and presentation.
The citation issue is challenging. Increased access to a variety of sources and delineating public access v. IP is difficult for seasoned researchers, let alone students. Pandey's article offers some excellent suggestions, clarifications, and additional resources to assist with this issue in the classroom.
