This study is immense and represents a huge undertaking, a useful source of data, and the repetition of the study adds validity to the findings.
It was very interesting to read that the use of technology by instructors in the higher-ed classroom was low compared to other levels of education. Do colleges have increased access to technology compared to K-12 public institutions? If so, shouldn't the incorporation of technology into the classroom be more prevelant? In addition, college students are using technology outside of the classroom. Why does this use not translate to the college classroom? What factors are preventing high rates of integration? The professor learning curve appears to be one issue. How can this be resolved?
